K-POP ATELIER
Ages 4-10, 9pm - 12pm
Monday, July 6th - Wednesday, July 8th
Inspired by the movie K-Pop Demon Hunters, this three-day drop-off camp invites children into a world of music, bravery, secret identities and teamwork. Through process art, sensory play, movement, and storytelling, children explore the duality at the heart of the film- shining on stage while discovering the courage it takes to face what’s hidden in the shadows.
Throughout the week, children will create gear and accessories, design stage personas, sculpt demons and shadow creatures, experiment with light, color, and sound and move their bodies through dance and dramatic play inspired by the film’s performances and battles. Experiences are child-led and open-ended, allowing each child to engage in ways that feel meaningful and empowering to them.
At Community Play Atelier, we center friendship, collaboration, and autonomy. This camp offers a playful, inclusive space where children are encouraged to take creative risks, express their feelings, and discover the power of working together - just like the hunters in the story.
No prior knowledge of the movie is required—only curiosity, imagination and a love of making.
LITTLE WORLDS WORKSHOP
Ages 4-10, 9pm - 12pm
Monday, July 13th - Wednesday, July 15th
In this hands-on studio adventure, children get to design and decorate their very own small wooden dollhouse and wooden people. Each child will explore color, pattern and imaginative storytelling as they create a tiny world that is completely their own. From painting walls to personalizing furniture and little characters, every detail is an opportunity for self-expression and creative play.
By the end of the week, children get to take their Little World home, carrying with them a unique keepsake of their imagination and hard work. This workshop celebrates curiosity, construction, and the joy of making something that is truly theirs.
HEARTS-IN-ACTION
Ages 4-10, 9pm - 12pm
Monday, July 20th - Wednesday, July 22nd
In this joyful, creative week, children explore friendship, community care, and self-love through hands-on art and play. They will craft affirmation potions, create self-portraits that celebrate who they are, and make cards for elders in our community, spreading kindness beyond the studio walls. We’ll also celebrate each child’s name, discovering the magic and story it carries.
Every activity is designed to help children tune into themselves, notice others and express care in playful, meaningful ways. Hearts in Action Camp is about heart-centered creativity, connection and growing a community of kindness - one art exploration at a time.
COMMUNITY MAKER’S MARKET
Ages 4-10, 9am - 12pm
Monday, July 27th - Wednesday, July 29th
In this hands-on, creative week, children become mini makers and entrepreneurs, designing their own products and vendor stands to showcase their creativity. From crafting unique items to decorating their spaces, each child brings their imaginative ideas to life.
On the final day, families are invited to shop the children’s creations, celebrating their hard work, creativity, and ingenuity. This camp encourages collaboration, problem-solving, and pride in one’s work, all while exploring the excitement of sharing handmade creations with a community.
It’s a week of art, play, imagination and joyful commerce, where children get to see their ideas come to life and connect with others through the magic of making.
