Terms & Policies

  • At Community Play Atelier, each class is intentionally kept small to create a thoughtful, relationship-centered experience. When you register, your child’s space is reserved just for them.

Refunds may be requested up to three weeks prior to the class start date and will be issued minus a 30% processing fee. Due to limited enrollment and the preparation that goes into each session, refunds are not available within three weeks of the start date.

When space allows, prior to three weeks of the class beginning, we are happy to offer a credit toward an alternate class or future session.

Refunds will not be given for missed classes. If a class is cancelled due to teacher illness or inclement weather conditions, a make-up date will be offered or a refund will be issued.

Thank you for understanding that these policies help us thoughtfully prepare materials, staffing and studio time to create a meaningful experience for every child.

You will be requested to accept these terms when registering for our programs.
